Day One:

At 8:00am the transfer begins from your hotel in Manaus to the Ceasa Port, where a speedboat takes visitors to the famous Meeting of the Waters, the natural phenomenon where the Negro River and Solimões River flow side by side without mixing. After a brief stop for photos and explanations, the journey continues across the Solimões River to Careiro Village.

From Careiro Village, the group travels by car or van for approximately one hour through the Amazon countryside toward Lago do Maçarico, located in the municipality of Careiro Castanho, Amazonas. From there, another speedboat takes visitors through jungle waterways to the Amazon Adventure Lodge, arriving around 11:30am.

After check-in, a traditional regional lunch is served followed by free time to relax and enjoy the rainforest atmosphere.

At 2:30pm the afternoon excursion begins. Guests explore the surrounding rivers and flooded forest by motorized canoe while observing birds, pink and gray dolphins, and other Amazon wildlife. The tour also offers a spectacular Amazon sunset experience over Lago do Maçarico.

After dinner, the group goes on a night caiman spotting excursion. During the activity, the guide searches for caimans along the riverbanks and explains interesting information about their habits and importance to the ecosystem.

Day Two:

At 5:30am guests leave by canoe for an early morning sunrise experience. This is one of the best moments to appreciate the sounds and beauty of the rainforest waking up for a new day.

Breakfast is served at 7:00am.

At 8:00am a guided jungle trek begins and continues until approximately 11:30am. During the hike, the guide explains survival techniques, medicinal plants, insects, giant trees, and many interesting aspects of Amazon rainforest life.

After lunch and some time to relax, the afternoon activity starts at 3:00pm. Guests paddle by canoe through flooded forest areas and narrow jungle channels, offering a closer look at the incredible flora and fauna of the Amazon region.

Dinner is served in the evening at the lodge.

Day Three:

Breakfast is served at 7:00am.

From 8:00am until approximately 11:00am, the group visits a local riverside family to experience and better understand their traditional way of life in the Amazon rainforest. Guests learn about local customs, daily activities, and how families live in harmony with nature deep in the jungle.

After lunch, at approximately 3:00pm, the group departs for an overnight jungle camping experience in the forest. This adventure provides a unique opportunity to experience the Amazon at night while learning survival techniques from the guide. During the evening, guests may also participate in traditional nighttime spear fishing depending on weather and river conditions.

Dinner and overnight stay are in the jungle.

Day Four:

After breakfast in the forest, the morning activity depends on the season and weather conditions. Guests may enjoy another jungle trekking excursion or continue exploring the flooded forest and small channels by canoe.

After completing the morning activity, the group returns to the lodge for lunch and preparation for departure.

At approximately 1:30pm the return journey to Manaus begins by boat and vehicle through the same route used on arrival, reaching the city around 4:30pm.
