1. Reservations
Reservations made directly through the Amazon Adventure Lodge website are automatically confirmed once the payment has been successfully processed.
If guests wish to modify their reservation, including travel dates or other booking details, the request must be submitted in advance and will be subject to availability.
2. Payment Methods
For your convenience, Amazon Adventure Lodge offers the following payment options:
Reservations through our website:
- Credit card;
- Debit card.
Reservations made directly with our team:
- Secure payment link for credit card;
- PIX (available only for Brazilian customers).
For direct reservations, a 30% deposit of the total booking amount is required to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid on the day of check-in.
3. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your reservation, the following refund policy will apply:
- 80% refund for cancellations made 6 days or more before the check-in date;
- 60% refund for cancellations made between 5 and 3 days before check-in;
- No refund for cancellations made less than 2 days before the check-in date.
4. No-Show
If a guest fails to arrive on the scheduled check-in date, the reservation will be considered a No-Show, and no refund will be issued.
A reservation will also be considered a No-Show if the guest does not arrive at the agreed meeting point for the transfer at the scheduled time and fails to notify us in advance by phone, WhatsApp, or any other communication channel.
5. Early Departure or Interruption of Services
Once the accommodation, transfers, or activities included in the package have begun, no refunds will be provided in the event of voluntary cancellation or early departure.
If a guest chooses to end their stay or return before the scheduled end of the package for personal reasons or for any reason not directly attributable to Amazon Adventure Lodge, no full or partial refund will be granted.
6. Important Information
- Maximum baggage allowance: 15 kg (33 lbs) per guest.
- Drinks and other personal expenses at the lodge bar must be paid directly at the lodge in Brazilian Reais (BRL), preferably in cash or by any payment method available on-site.
- Guests with dietary restrictions, allergies, or special needs are encouraged to inform us at the time of booking.
7. Environmental Protection and Safety
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Capturing, feeding, transporting, or harming wild animals;
- Collecting plants, seeds, flowers, wood, or any other natural resources from the Amazon rainforest;
- Engaging in any activity that may cause damage to the environment.
Brazilian environmental authorities may impose significant fines and legal penalties for violations involving wildlife and natural resources.
Safety Recommendations
For everyone’s safety, we strongly recommend that all guests wear the life jackets provided by Amazon Adventure Lodge, especially during:
- Boat excursions;
- Activities in flooded forest areas;
- Activities involving children;
- Any activity taking place on or near the water.
Guests are expected to follow all safety instructions provided by our guides and staff throughout the program.
8. Disclaimer
Amazon Adventure Lodge is not responsible for opinions, reviews, comments, videos, or any other content published by third parties, including:
- Bloggers;
- Digital influencers;
- Content creators;
- YouTubers;
- Other members of the public;
unless such content is produced under an official partnership or written agreement with Amazon Adventure Lodge.

9. Acceptance of Terms
By completing a reservation, the guest acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions set forth in this Reservation, Payment, and Cancellation Policy of Amazon Adventure Lodge.
