After a brief stop for photos and explanations, the journey continues across the Solimões River to Careiro Village.

From Careiro Village, the group travels by car or van for approximately one hour toward the Lago do Maçarico region in the municipality of Careiro Castanho, Amazonas. From there, another speedboat takes visitors deep into the rainforest to the Amazon Adventure Lodge, arriving around 11:30am.

After check-in, a traditional regional lunch is served followed by some free time to relax and enjoy the peaceful jungle surroundings.

At 2:30pm the afternoon excursion begins. Guests explore the rivers and flooded forest by motorized canoe while observing birds, pink and gray dolphins, and other Amazon wildlife. The excursion also includes a beautiful Amazon sunset experience over Lago do Maçarico.

After dinner, the group goes on a night caiman spotting activity where the guide searches for caimans along the riverbanks and explains interesting information about their behavior and habitat.

Day Two:

At 5:30am guests depart by canoe for a sunrise tour through the calm waters of the Amazon rainforest. Early morning is one of the best times to observe wildlife and experience the sounds of the jungle awakening.

Breakfast is served at 7:00am.

At 8:00am a guided jungle trek begins and continues until approximately 11:30am. During the hike, the guide shares valuable knowledge about medicinal plants, insects, giant trees, jungle survival techniques, and local wildlife.

After lunch and some time to rest, the afternoon activity begins at 3:00pm with canoe paddling through flooded forest areas and narrow jungle channels. This excursion offers an excellent opportunity to discover the rich flora and fauna of the Amazon region from a closer perspective.

Dinner is served at the lodge in the evening.

Day Three:

Breakfast is served at 7:00am.

From 8:00am until approximately 11:00am, the group visits a local riverside family living in the rainforest. Guests learn about traditional Amazon culture, local customs, daily routines, and the simple lifestyle of families who live surrounded by nature.

After lunch, at approximately 3:00pm, the group departs for a multi-day jungle camping experience deep in the forest. Along the way, the guide explains important aspects of jungle survival and how local people use natural resources from the rainforest.

Dinner and overnight stay take place in the jungle.

Day Four:

The day is fully dedicated to immersive jungle activities. Throughout the expedition, the guide teaches survival skills such as finding water, identifying useful plants, and navigating through the rainforest environment.

Guests continue exploring the forest through jungle trekking and canoe paddling along remote waterways and flooded areas, allowing for more opportunities to observe wildlife and experience the untouched beauty of the Amazon.

After dinner, the group participates in a nighttime jungle walk lasting approximately one to two hours. During this activity, guests may observe nocturnal animals and experience the rainforest after dark. For safety and comfort, proper equipment such as boots, long pants, and flashlights is strongly recommended.

Another overnight stay takes place in the forest camp.

Day Five:

After breakfast in the jungle, the group continues enjoying the rainforest surroundings before returning to the lodge around 11:00am.

After lunch at the lodge, the return journey to Manaus begins at approximately 1:30pm. Traveling by boat and vehicle through the same route used on arrival, the group reaches Manaus around 4:30pm.
