Day One:

At 8:00am the transfer begins from your hotel in Manaus to the Ceasa Port, where a speedboat takes visitors to the famous Meeting of the Waters, the incredible natural phenomenon where the Negro River and Solimões River run side by side without mixing. After a short stop for photos and explanations, the journey continues across the Solimões River to Careiro Village.

From Careiro Village, the group travels by car or van for approximately one hour through the Amazon countryside toward the Lago do Maçarico region, located in the municipality of Careiro Castanho, Amazonas. From there, another speedboat takes visitors through the jungle waterways to the Amazon Adventure Lodge, arriving around 11:30am.

After check-in, a traditional regional lunch is served at the lodge followed by free time to relax and enjoy the peaceful rainforest surroundings.

At 2:30pm the afternoon excursion begins. Guests explore the rivers and flooded forest by motorized canoe while observing birds, pink and gray dolphins, and the rich wildlife of the Amazon. During the tour, visitors can also enjoy a beautiful Amazon sunset over Lago do Maçarico.

After dinner, a night caiman spotting activity takes place. Using flashlights, the guide searches for caimans along the riverbanks while explaining interesting facts about their behavior and role in the Amazon ecosystem.

Day Two:

At 5:30am guests depart by canoe for an unforgettable sunrise tour. Early morning is one of the best times to experience the rainforest awakening with the sounds of birds and wildlife.

Breakfast is served at 7:00am.

At 8:00am a guided jungle walk begins and continues until approximately 11:30am. During the trek, the guide shares valuable information about medicinal plants, jungle survival techniques, insects, giant trees, and local wildlife found in the Amazon rainforest.

After lunch and some time to relax at the lodge, the afternoon activity starts at 3:00pm. Guests go canoeing through flooded forest areas and narrow jungle channels, providing an excellent opportunity to observe the unique flora and fauna of the Amazon up close while enjoying the peaceful atmosphere of the rainforest.

Dinner is served in the evening at the lodge.

Day Three:

Breakfast is served at 7:00am.

From 8:00am until approximately 11:00am, the group visits a local riverside family living in the Amazon rainforest. During the visit, guests learn about the traditional lifestyle, culture, daily routines, and survival methods used by local people who have lived in harmony with the forest for generations.

After the visit, the group returns to the lodge for lunch and preparation for departure.

At approximately 1:30pm the return journey to Manaus begins by speedboat, car/van, and boat through the same route used on arrival, reaching Manaus around 4:30pm.
